BioLogistex is the exclusive distributor of CELOX consumer products in Sports & Athletics markets throughout the U.S. and Canada and the primary U.S. and Canadian distributor for consumer markets via direct and internet sales.

CELOX products are designed to be easily self-administered or used by those with no emergency or medical training. They are the only products proven to stop bleeding in people who take anti-coagulant blood thinning medications like Coumadin, Warfarin and Heparin. CELOX is also effective for Plavix users and those who suffer from bleeding disorders like Hemophilia and Von Willebrand disease. Collectively, the number of people in these targeted demographics totals more than 50 million.

CELOX also stops bleeding in hypothermic [cold] conditions. Clotting factors are negatively impacted by cold temperatures and CELOX provides a key benefit critical to those who ski, snowboard, play hockey, hunt or work outdoors. 

The company is seeking $750,000 to fund the sales and marketing of Celox products and to provide working capital.
