Table37 offers restaurants an extremely sophisticated reservation, wait list, paging, and table management system. This system is an easy to learn and use iPad-based application that offers more features than its competitors at a fraction of the cost.
Restaurants that accept reservations using the Table37 system will be able to immediately receive them via their website and facebook page, as well as the Table37 Smartphone applications, turning non-paying viewers into paying diners. The Table37 system is also utilized by "wait list" only restaurants. These locations take advantage of the waitlist and integrated paging features.
The growth plan is in two parts; 1) focus on partnering with industry providers to reach the highest number of restaurants as quickly as possible (Table37 has already formed over 20 partnerships and will continue to grow and nurture these relationships) 2) focus on chain restaurants with 10+ locations.
Table37 is out of beta and has approximately 40 "live" customers with an additional 30+ customers being added in the near future. The company charges a flat recurring monthly fee with no additional "per diner" fees.
