Teachers are beginning to look towards what will come after traditional LMS's such as Blackboard, D2L, and Canvas. interactiveX has discovered the answer by providing a secure cloud-based LCMS (Learning Content Management System) that gives teachers and students the ability to interact with their course material easier, and like never before. Teachers can use 3D models, interactive charts, note markup, in-class quizzes, polling, and an easy to use drag and drop editor that allows teachers to convert and create their own learning content.
interactiveX was started by UB Student Entrepreneurs, with previous start Up experience which led them to win New York State Business Plan competition (WNY), UB's E-Lab, Buffalo Sandbox Winners, and a semifinalist in the 43north Competition ('15). In the past last 7 weeks alone, interactiveX has expanded into 5 Universities and Colleges. The company has over 4000 students that are intended to use its platform this Fall, not to mention, department-wide adoption at the University at Buffalo Computer Science and Engineering. This number is only going to increase exponentially as interactiveX scales. Check out https://ixlearn.com/ for more information.
